Who do we use for delivery?
Blue Diamond only uses reputable Australian express freight services. We run accounts with all the major freight companies such as TNT, Toll, Direct Couriers on a national level and also use local specific services for particular remote locations to guarantee the most efficient delivery for our customers.
How long will it take?
Please allow 3 to 10 working days for shipping depending on your location. Items are sent as soon as payment is received. If the item is too heavy to be unloaded manually the purchaser will need a forklift or suitable lifting equipment to unload on site. Any queries please feel free to call our office on 1300 998 647.
When Do I qualify for Free Delivery?
You automatically qualify for free delivery if you order over $500 and are located in the metro area of our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia. Blue Diamond also offers a free consultation service where a representitive will come to site free of charge and give an obligation free proposal. Can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutley, all orders can be collected from our Welshpool warehouse at 6 Hodgson Way, Kewdale 6105. You are also welcome to come down and view our products or just to have a chat with our team.
