The bespoke system addresses the need for reliable remote power for bore pumps in Australia’s extreme mining conditions. Purpose built for the harsh Pilbara environment, the trailer boasts features like a Schneider Control System for precision control and LTE communications for real time remote operation.  

Blue Diamond’s Engineering Hub has been providing innovative and tailored turnkey power solutions like this for remote mining operations since opening in 2023.

We can tailor VSD and VSG headworks trailers to power pumps from 18.5kW to 147kW, with full customisation available to meet the unique compliance and power specifications of your site.

The state-of-the-art Hub facility hosts a dedicated team of highly skilled in-house mechanical technicians, boilermakers, welders and sheet metal workers. Our capabilities include the servicing, manufacturing and distribution of custom-built fuel trailers, service trailers, plant trailers, hybrid power solutions, bore installation and removal systems all certified for tier 1 mining.
